I purchased these sleep pants as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. She never wore them, and they are still in the original packaging. We requested to exchange them for another item, and would be happy to pay in the difference.

Apparently 'their policy' doesn't allow for exchanged if the colour range is to be discontinued. Perhaps I missed this on the website (or in the T's & C's), but I wasn't aware of this 'policy' and that this colour range was being discontinued. I would have gladly chosen another colour to mitigate this risk. I just find it incredibly disappointing that a self-developed policy would be in place, and strictly enforced, without a level of rational thinking and questioning how this would affect a customer that was none the wiser to these terms, and plays no role in determining what colours should be discontinued.

Really disappointed in the response and outcome - although their products seem good, I feel wary to purchase again in case I miss something else.

Can't comment on the comfort, size fit etc because it's still in the packaging and never been worn
