What is your return policy?
Boody is manufactured to the highest standards and our quality is checked constantly throughout the production process.
We know you’re going to love your Boody as do many thousands of happy Boody converts all over the world. But if for any reason you don’t, please contact us here and we promise to try and resolve any issue you might have.
For hygienic reasons it is against US law for a retailer to accept opened undergarments for exchange or refund. That said: We at Boody believe in keeping our Boody family members delighted with our garments. If you have any issue with your Boody purchase, please reach out to us and we will make it right.
For in-store purchases, please contact the retailer the garment was originally purchased from. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for in-store purchases.
For online returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily assist you. For returns of unopened, unwanted purchases, customers are responsible for all return shipping/handling charges.
