Great but inconsistent product

I loved the gray 5" shorts I received. I loved them so much that I ordered three more pairs in black via Amazon, and I made sure it was the same authentic Boodywear. The black shorts, however, fit like it it's an entirely different size. It's disappointing because I ordered from Amazon because the official site didn't have the black shorts in stock. Even though it was the same product, same brand, same size, the gray shorts feel completely different and I can't wear them comfortably.
