Sessions x Boody will feature global experts in the fields of health, wellness and the arts, teaching their craft and imparting their insights. What’s more, it’s completely free.
Whether it’s a yogi showing you how to nail the Crow, a chef showing how to make the perfect frothy Matcha latte, or a breath worker re-teaching you how to breathe (yes, we’ve been doing it wrong this whole time), expect the unexpected when it comes to Sessions x Boody.
