Gut health is a health buzz term these days, and for good reason - having good gut health is imperative to one’s overall health and wellbeing. There are a multitude of ways that one’s gut environment impacts the body’s functioning as a whole, including but not limited to: Digestion, nutrient-absorption, quality of sleep, weight management, skin health, and even mental health. With the influence one’s gut health has on his/her overall health, it’s no wonder everyone is talking about it! 

Functional nutritionist and clinical herbalist Lauryn Barris is featured on Boody’s IGTV x Sessions today to teach our community four convenient and accessible ways to improve our gut health.
